A remote viewing during a live video-chat with one of our agents, where the agent is near the property you are interested in and will tour you around the area using a camera.
Location, location, location. As with an in-person viewing you can ask the agent questions and focus on any specific areas surrounding the property which interest you or even show you.
These viewings normally take about 30 minutes for the initial viewing. Of course it is always possible to book another viewing to circle back to specific areas near the property or to see how long it takes you to get there.
