A remote viewing during a live video-chat with one of our agents, where the agent is at the property you are interested in and will tour you around and the house and around the area using a camera.
As with an in-person viewing you can ask the agent questions and focus on the property, any specific areas surrounding the property which interest you or even show you how close the beach really is.
These viewings normally take about 60 minutes for the initial viewing covering both the property as well as the area the property is located in. Of course it is always possible to book another viewing to circle back to specific areas near the property, to see how long it takes you to get there or more in-depth questions about the property it self.
