When we are your property maintenance team, depending on your agreement, we will perform some of these, but not limited to the following activities:

Key Holding

Many families would prefer not to be in residence when the builders move in to undertake repairs or improvements. The team offers to retain copies of your keys, allowing you to leave the problem of access to us.

Property inspections

At least one visit every two weeks to ensure that your home remains in prime condition, ready for your return. If we discover any problems or underlying issues that have the potential to cause damage to your apartment or villa, we will contact you to obtain further instructions.

Check your plumbing

While you’re away we will ensure that we check your taps and flush your lavatories to check that your plumbing is in good order and that there has been no problem with your water supply.

Test your electrical equipment

There are few things worse than arriving for your stay in your Spanish property to find that there is a major problem with your electricity supply. We will perform routine inspections ensuring safe and clean power. If we find a major problem, we will contact you, then organise and oversee repairs.
