Upstairs, from the landing you have a north facing terrace (water park can be seen in the distance), and the spacious master bedroom with full en-suite bathroom and access from both sides to very nice size terraces, one south-east facing with partial sea views and another that overlooks the back garden and countryside behind, super for the sunsets over Bédar.  On the third floor you have a landing that can be used as a study with further terrace allowing better sea and countryside views. 

This property is only 1km to the beach, measured to the popular Maraú Beach Club, this is only a 12 minutes’ walk.  For what this property offers, for the area alone and distance to beach we feel this is well priced and viewings should be booked to appreciate it fully.
